Meaning of "Ragnar"

I just read this in the Race Bible, and thought I'd share:

ragnar (n.) In mythology and legend, a man, often of divine ancestry, who is endowed with great courage and strength, celebrated for his bold exploits and favored by the gods.

Pretty cool eh?

Other awesome team news--Natalie just ran her 3rd 1/2 marathon and her time was awesome! Nat--do a post and tell us how it went. Be sure to include pics!
