Facebook Ragnar stuff

Hi guys! I don't know if you all follow the Ragnar Series on Facebook but I was reading through some of their stories about the "dark time" as they call it and they are very interesting. Check them out if you haven't already.

    I saw that post on FB. I was a little nervous I would vent on everyone come race day....not really, I'm pretty mellow :)
