"The Stick"

Can I show you my new favorite friend?




I think it's just as good as a foam roller, and not near as awkward. My calves are so happy!
I got mine at Road Runner Sports for about $20.

    Oh...yours has the bead things. Mine does the same thing, but has a foam thing on it. :). It works lovely.
