Training plan and random Saturday Training run?

Hey Ladies, I just came across these website for another relay and I think I am going to follow the intermediate plan if I can. In any case I think that they might be a good source to tailor from for your own running situation (time, level, etc). Just thought I would share it in case anyone was like me and didn't have anything specifically to guide them through training.

Also, I was going to hit the Coal Creek Trail in Lafayette maybe on Saturday for my long run ( am not really fast - 10 minute ish mile with a few adjustments to the shoes as a cover for catching my breath..lol!). I was going to shoot for 6-7 miles (maybe more??) but I am up for whatever if anyone else wants to come along. If I go, it will be pretty early (6-7am). Just shoot me an email /facebook or post here if anyone is interested in coming along - you can bring your ipod too...I won't be offended at all....haha..you don't have to talk to me the whole time ;).

    I've got to run on Saturday, but I'm uncommitted about the time (kind of depends when I roll out of bed) and then I have to be home by 8:15-ish... so I'll probably just stick to my neighborhood this time -- but will take a rain check on the CC trail! :)

    P.S. I thought I was the only one who uses the shoe lace trick! :)
